We throw the parties
From Church Street basements to west-end warehouses, Weird Toronto produces its own nights — drag revues, ballroom, Halloween balls and everything in between.
Weird Toronto is the city's home for queer arts, culture and nightlife — and the crew behind some of its best-loved nights out.
We started as a group of friends who couldn't find the parties we wanted, so we made them. Since then Weird Toronto has grown into one of the most trusted names in Toronto's 2SLGBTQ+ scene: an organizer, a sponsor, a calendar and a community all at once.
Our community shapes everything we do. We ask what's missing — a sober dance night, a trans-led cabaret, a party for queer folks over forty — and then we go build it together with the people who asked.
Strange, proud and loud — that's Weird Toronto.

From Church Street basements to west-end warehouses, Weird Toronto produces its own nights — drag revues, ballroom, Halloween balls and everything in between.
Every event we organize or sponsor books and pays local DJs, drag performers, dancers and visual artists. Queer talent built this city's nightlife; we make sure it gets paid.
Our events listing is the most complete guide to queer Toronto — parties, drag, screenings, readings and meetups, updated every week.
Queer venues keep closing. We partner with bars, clubs and community spaces to keep them full, safe and open for the next generation.
Every great night needs a room to happen in. These venues stand with us and keep the party going long after the main event.
